• Account data: name, email, company, role.
• Product data: configuration and billing signals from Stripe Billing that you authorize.
• Usage data: feature interactions, diagnostics, and performance metrics.
• Website data: page views and CTA clicks (see Cookies & Tracking below).

3. How We Use Data

• Provide and improve the Revity product and support.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Communicate about updates, onboarding, and billing.
• Analyze product usage to guide roadmap and reliability.

We do not sell your data. We share it with vetted subprocessors to operate the service (e.g., hosting, analytics, email). We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of personal data, subject to legal obligations and legitimate business needs.

We use encryption in transit, scoped access, logging, and security reviews to protect data. No system is perfectly secure; report issues to security@revity.app.
