Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Revity, you agree to these Terms. If you use Revity on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.

2. Service

Revity monitors Stripe Billing configurations and signals to help prevent revenue leaks. We may update the service, add features, or change limits over time.

3. Accounts & Access

• You must keep credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
• You remain responsible for actions under your account.
• You will comply with Stripe terms and all applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with operation, reverse engineer, or use it to break laws or harm others.

5. Fees

Pricing and billing terms are provided separately. You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. Data & Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain rights to your data; you grant Revity a license to process it to provide the service.

7. Availability & Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support channels may change over time.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVITY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR MORE THAN THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 6 MONTHS.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
